Ordering was simple with a delivery for next day (Saturday) which was our anniversary. The delivery van broke down despite the van going past our house a number of times with other deliveries on board. Checked with tracking option. The delivery eventually arrived late Sunday evening (despite being told that there were no deliveries on Sunday) without a knock on the front door and were left outside our front door, not in a porch which had been noted on an email as we do not have one! The flowers were retrieved on the Monday morning and therefore had not had any water since they had been packed. The flowers degraded very quickly and were extremely disappointing as a result.
