Delivery was made promptly, but the messaging from courier service ( yodel) was confusing ( simply said delivered to safe place- "postroom" with nowhere telling me where/what post room was. It required me to make contact with the recipient to see what had happened to them. Cant undo score for customer service- but as yet had no reply to my query
