Two stars just for the quick replies from the customer support. The order is not like the pictures at all. Still waiting for the reply about that But overall I will not use them again. Don’t be tricked by the pictures Also the delivery company just let the order in a safe place without even notifying me or the receiver that they have delivered the order. I don’t like the whole experience Also some flowers are damaged You can see in the pictures what I have received VS what is on the website and of course after the flowers open up they will never be as shown in the website picture
