My wife was utterly disappointed with both the flowers and the chocolates. The 'Large' bunch I ordered seemed very different to the picture on the website, and although some of the flowers were still in bud the overall effect was truly poor. I also failed to read the small print about the 'box' of Lindt chocolates being only 37g, which equates to just 4 of the little chocolate balls. So, rather than the pleasant and uplifting experience of sending these flowers I have the exact opposite outcome; my wife could not have been more disappointed. I tried complaining twice on the EFlorist chat service but both times the service dumped the whole chat session and failed to process any of my feedback and complaint - another negative. I really cannot see myself ever ordering again from EFlorist.
