With utter dissatisfaction and disappointment, I want to bring this to your knowledge that I had ordered an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday yesterday (1st attached picture), however the flowers delivered to her bore absolutely no similarity to the bouquet advertised on the website.
I had even upgraded the bouquet to a larger size with addons by paying an extra amount of money but as you can see in the attached pictures, the flowers are sparse and moreover the arrangement looks so untidy and unprofessionally done.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, all the delivered goods must be as per the description or else it is a breach of contract and the customer is entitled to his money back.
I want to claim refund of my full money and hope that you would attend to this matter at the earliest and process my refund without delays.
