Was sending these flowers to surprise my girlfriend at work, the time slot given was 5.27-7.27 pm, she finishes at 5pm
Thinking ok it won’t be a problem, somebody will look after the flowers and give them to her the next day.
Got a phone call from the courier driver to say he couldn’t find the place, which I found very strange, as in maps it clearly showed you where the place was
15 minutes later I checked the tracking and this guy was nowhere near the place and as I looked down the flowers was not sent due to damaged items, really!, what a lie.
Emailed the florist company 3 times and never did get a reply, shocking service, from the courier driver to the customer service , very disappointed
