To counter a previous negative review I left, where I said I hadn't heard from eFlorist after flowers arrived late and I hadn't heard from Customer Services. Their email had actually been put in my Junk folder. They then resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I have since submitted another order and all went well. As always, the recipient was very happy with the flowers, and as on most occasions, they were received on the day as expected. So as with most companies, there is the occasional glitch, and this may have been down to Yodel rather than eFlorist, but I'm happy to recommend them again now.
