Flowers ordered were never delivered despite feedback saying that courier had delivered them. I would have given no stars if I had the option to do so. Delivery of these flowers was very important on day I had selected so very disappointed about having to ask another more reliable company to deliver flowers on a subsequent date. Provided with refund which I am entitled to but no offer of any other form of compensation. Won't be using them again.
