Originally this would have been 2 stars, as the flowers received by the lady they were ordered for were not the colours I requested and were not in bud as stated on the website and were nearly dead but did revive when put in water, I therefore contacted the company and they immediately asked if I wanted another bouquet sending which I opted for as these were for a 90th birthday, they arrived a couple of days after the original ones, and the recipient was very pleased with them, the company also included the free chocolates again, based on the fact they rectified the situation, I probably would order from them again.
