My chosen flowers were unavailable on the day I had chosen. The order went ahead as if ok. The same day, I received a message from eflorist telling me that there was no florist nearby to deliver the flowers that day. They offered me an alternative bunch to be delivered the next day. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with, however, I would have thought they would have refunded me and offered me delivery for the next day free if charge as the fault was at their end. Anyway, flowers arrived even though they weren't the ones I originally ordered, they are lovely.
