Ordered flowers for my wife on Friday for Saturday deliver , yodel track useless spoke to yodel customer service again totally useless no help at all. Flowers arrived the following Tuesday , box damaged some of the flowers were crushed as box looked been at the bottom of heavy parcels. Spoke eflorist customer service was given carriage refund but the occasion was spoiled. First and last time using this company
