The service was fine, the flowers arrived on the day of the birthday.
However, they arrived in a box and, as they were delivered to a care home, no one opened them up until I arrived later in the day.
I was disappointed. The freshias were still in bud and the roses slightly wilted. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture on your website which had attracted me to buy it.
I'm sorry to have to write this, but I thought you should know.
I put them in water with the sachet of plant feed, but have not had the opportunity of seeing how they look now.
