I have just recieved the flowers that I ordered for my wife's birthday. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with the flowers that she has recieved. The box that they came in was battered and broken, when I said something to the driver, he did not care and when she opened the box half of the flowers were dead and some were just stems of flowers (no flower)
This is not up to your usual high standards that I have recieved in the past
Please can someone help me with this issue
