I ordered 2 items by mistake.Immediately, I tried to cancel one, but I could not find a way of going back on the web site to enable me to cancel.I then e mailed hoping I could cancel.I understand e florist said more notice would have to be given.If I had been able to talk to a person I am sure we could have come to an agreement. In future I will visit a local florist to see someone in person.
I will not be using this method again.
