I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday but she unexpectedly had to work abroad. I requested the flowers to be delivered 3 days later (I gave 3 days notice of request). This was declined. I contacted Customer Service and magically my request was accepted. When the flowers arrived there were not many, nothing like the order. Also there were only 3 Lindt chocolates. Very disappointed. Photos below.
