I ordered bold blooms flowers for my mum on her birthday who is suffering with terminal cancer and lives 200 miles away from me but for some awful reason she received white roses which had brown bits on the leaves and flower heads. I was so upset , my mum deserves better. I’ve also tried to contact customer services twice to sort this out and I’ve had no reply. All I got was a review link so here is my review everyone , not good!
And I’m not normally a person to moan but this really upset me trying to make my mum smile but that didn’t happened at all.
