Ordered flowers for a Golden Wedding anniversary 3 days in advance but delivered a day after the requested day. When delivered the courier Yodel dropped them over the garden gate and left them in the rain without telling the recipient they were there. The tracking of the delivery showed the courier had 179 deliveries to make that day, hardly hand delivered by a local florist as your advert states, When the recipient found rain soaked box of flowers (I was able to tell them they had been delivered) gone past the bud state due to time in transit for 2 days "at the local depot". The flowers thankfully recovered after 24 hours in some water and looked very nice. Pity so let down by the delivery system.
