If my business was consistently this poor, I’d stop paying for review services.
Order didn’t arrive as promised. Zero weekend customer service. When after two days the order arrived, a refund of the ‘service charge’ seemed like an insult, especially given the recipient had left.
Wish I’d read the reviews before I bought.
