My flowers were for my sister, Sadly she had no idea who they were from, the card I typed wasn’t in the parcel. I even contacted you to make sure the parcel was delivered to the correct place no help at all. The most important part of the flowers was t received. I would use you again as the flowers were lovely and the delivery was good. Sorry to moan but it took her the whole day to find out.
