Order and delivery process was easy and delivered on time by a very friendly courier.
Quality of flowers was lacking, half have died within a couple of days and the rest are wilting by day four despite being kept in a cool environment.
There was also no plant food sachet included which is unusual for delivered flowers. We have had better quality from other florists.
