I ordered on Monday morning, I tried to make changes but was told I couldn’t as it was next day delivery and then my order was lost, I contacted you on Thursday and you sent another order out on Thursday and the flowers arrived late Saturday and were wilted, dry & looked awful, I’ll be calling your customer services again in the morning, I’m embarrassed for my recipient.
