My Neice never received flowers for the 28h Oct as i requested luckily neighbour was going downstairs y'day 30th & noticed them lying on ledge & handed them in to her she was delighted with the lovely flowers. OBVIOUSLY the Couriers fault. I could not get through to EFlorist very frustrating, I contacted RESOLVER expained & straight away then later on cancel my complaint. I won't be buying again.
