I sent some flowers to my Sister as she starts radiotherapy this week, it made me happy that she was so happy to receive the lovely flowers and that they cheered her up at this worrying time. I've used eflorist a few times now and have never needed to access customer services as the flowers have always arrived on time, in great condition and looking and smelling beautiful. Can't say fairer than that.
