We ordered flowers for as a birthday present a couple of days before. We asked for the flowers (& chocolates) to be delivered on a certain date and they were delivered as requested. Quite simple really, order placed, order received and on time by a nice courier. The website was easy to go through. All in all, very good service. Thank you.
