Really disappointed that the chocolates I selected with the order were not included. I feel it's bad value for the high postage cost and the missing item. There is no way to get in touch to complain about it so leaving you a review here. Flowers were ok - not amazing but ok. But if you can't honour the extra additions or options selected, don't offer the options to do that! I would have used another florist had I known.
