I am in touch with someone called Kirsty. The delivery was a complete failure as the person for whom the flowers were intended was not notified of the delivery until I phoned on the Monday to see if she received them ok. By which time they were dead.
I am trying to get a refund but there seems to be a reluctance to sort this disappointing experience out.
