Not too impressed. Flowers dumped outside house without knocking door. No card or chocolates as per the order. Customer services were a faff not seeming to understand the issue. Was offered £2 back. Nice gesture but doesn’t make up for spoiling a treat to cheer up a family member. Won’t be using again.
