Order placed to celebrate the arrival of a new Baby.
Ordered a Teddy Bear as an add on to the order.
The Teddy did not arrive, but I was told that extra flowers had been added to the bouquet to the value of the Teddy Bear. This was defiantly not the case!
No refund was offered for the missing item.
