I paid over £50 to have the flowers delivered next day, they didn’t get delivered until 2 days later, when I kept contacting them they said they were in transit and that the flowers were actually ordered to be delivered on the 9th November.
Considering my father died on the 8th, I think I know when I ordered them for!!! It is another online cowboy run outfit, I wish I’d have checked trustpilot before ordering.
Avoid at all costs, they say on the website ……
2. Can I track my delivery?
On the morning of your delivery date, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking information. This will usually arrive by 11am but may be later. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder.
You never receive any tracking info, any emails, no order numbers etc
