I ordered flowers for my 14-year-old Neice. It was important that she received them on Wednesday. She actually received them on Friday.
The flowers were delivered to her school on Wednesday (the intended day), but the timing was off. The flowers were delivered at 15.16pm 4 mins before the school closing time. This caused a delay in my niece receiving the flowers. Causing this uncle of hers feeling disappointed.
This could have been avoided if priority was put in place for flowers being delivered to a school. It's left me feeling really bad as an uncle whose niece's happiness means everything to him.
