My order went thru online but later in the day I received a message saying they can't deliver my order. So, an alternative was provided. I have no choice as I needed it, too late to go with another florists, so I agreed with the alternative, I added some add-ons to match my previous order, with two days late as my previous schedule on my previous order was Friday but the alternative was on Monday so they said.
The order arrived Monday. Not satisfied with what I've got compare with the price. To be honest, the £10 from Asda is much better than the arrangement of £35 from this supplier. Even the add-ons that I selected did not all arrive. One add-on missing. Even the birthday greeting card that I requested was not there. They said it's not printed, so they just write it in a piece of paper, together with the receipt.
I was so disappointed. I can't recommend their service, sorry.
