Ordered the large bunch which cost £53 pls £7 postage the flowers that arrived looked a quarter of the size of the picture on the internet. Contacted customer service and was told to wait until they bloomed. There wasn’t enough flower there so blooming made no difference. Then they have a list of what should be in the bunch. I counted and the amounts were incorrect . Then they said there was less flowers as the price of flowers had gone up. Not really my problem. Was then told there’s nothing they can do and fibbed off. Really disgusted would NEVER. Use again.
