APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE & RIP OFF. I RECOMMEND YOU SHOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE
I filled out and checked all the details then changed the date by one day. I missed that this had changed the recipient address to my own. No confirmation display of details after I clicked the order button.
I realised my mistake immediately and within seconds contacted customer services. They told me it was impossible to rectify or cancel even though I had the order no. They then delayed as I complained further until the order was confirmed. They say as soon as the order is placed a package print request is directly sent to the supplier that they cannot intervene with.
They have a computer system and an order number, yet in this day and age they cannot intervene to rectify a simple mistake? They did not want to and just took my money.
I had to use a more reliable service.
Net result was my Sister got her birthday flowers a day late and I had to pay for a bunch of flowers which came to my own home that I didn't want.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT EITHER !!!
