Ordered flowers on Friday late afternoon for Saturday delivery.
They arrived on the day but were left outside in torrential rain at the door to the flat of the house (which was empty) not the main house. My friend found them the next day. The flowers were in a state but luckily with a bit of care they have turned out lovely.
I don’t blame the florist but the carrier being used which was yodel.
