The flowers were beautiful and well priced however they were delivered a day later than agreed and so missed my friends birthday. I am so disappointed, her Nan had died the day before and she really needed a pick me up. I only picked this site because they guaranteed delivery on the day I needed it. I didn’t find out till 11pm that they would not be delivered until the next day and it looked like I had forgotten my friend on her special but also sad day. Very disappointed with the service.
