Basically paid for a delivery on a set day, received order confirmation all was ok and all would be delivered on the specific date, then received an email by Amazon saying flowers would be delivered a day late, customer services emailed saying it was mistake and they would be delivered on the date requested, flowers turned up a day late as per email from Amazon delivery, who were correct with their estimate, customer services then try to tell me flowers can be up to a day later than requested, even though they state on site flowers on a set date, asked for a refund as they didn’t meet what they said they would and remote purchase rules should apply as they didn’t meet the contract conditions and now heard nothing more
So wouldn’t say don’t use them as I’m sure they get it right from time to time by other reviews, but in this instant I’d rather have used Interflora and a local florist who actually cared
