Disgusted! Dreadful. Order placed for delivery on a Sunday, on the day they needed to turn up, paid 5.99 for it, and the flowers arrived yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon when my friend was already in hospital having her major operation! The worst thing about it is she might not recover, and by the time she gets home they will be dead! No email correspondence whatsoever. They con you into thinking you’ve got the service you’ve bought, and don’t bother one iota! If this is a local florist that is a joke, the nearest one is ten minutes walk from the house they were going to!
