order still hasn’t been delivered, when i ordered it said delivery for 5th and says on tracking it was packaged on 4the it’s now 11:15pm on 7th please explain how the flowers will stay in good condition and will not arrive dead? I will never be ordering from you - I have sent the flowers like most people as a gift so I shouldn’t have to ask the person receiving them if they are alive or not, I want a refund and I will buy flowers in person and have to deliver them myself
