I ordered a basket for same day delivery but I was contacted because my order wasn’t available and couldn’t be delivered until the next day so wasn’t happy about that but the alternative flowers were still nice and delivered next day. I was told I would be refunded the difference but don’t think I have had a refund yet. But would order again 👍
