hello Ordering was very very easy. I thought the medium sized bunch of flowers would be a bit bigger. Yodel sent me tracking information. The delivery time was scheduled for between 8pm and 10pm. This concerned me as the flowers were not expected ( a surprise gift) and the couple are unwell and quite old; so a late delivery could disturb them. I had a web chat with a yodel operator and the flowers were delivered aroudn6 pm. I was most grateful and the couple sent a photo and are pleased
