Ordered flowers for my friend after she had a heart attack, she lives round the corner from me! I was away from home. Ordered flowers and put in her details including address which i know as she lives in my street, same postcode! I checked ALL details before I paid all correct! Flowers never arrived…..sent to someone in same street name in LANCASHIRE!!! Hope they enjoyed £25 of flowers!
Told i cannot get a refund as i input the details!!! No i did not!!! My details were correct!
Will not use you again!
