Absolutely disgusted with the quality of flowers, turned up dried and fit for the bin some 72 hours later, delivered late for a 70th birthday.
Poor communication in handling my complaint.
I would advise anyone using this company to AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Needless to say i will never use EFlorist again as they do not deliver on any part of the contract.
