Absolutly disappointed, the quailty of the flowers was very poor, the roses were half dead and the petals so small.
The packaging was the only good thing, when I tried call follow process and complain to them, they say they cannot find my order. I am writing this from an email THEY sent me to write a review.
DO NOT USE THEM, unless it is for someone you do not like as they will be disappointed.
Urge you not to use them, even if it means you have to pay more
