To say I am very disappointed would be an understatement!!!
The roses were fully opened and some petals are discoloured and have fallen off.
They were actually for a colleague who is leaving. I had to go to Tesco and buy 2 additional bunches of flowers and rearrange the bouquet.
I used you again because the last bouquet was beautiful, arrived in water and a bag.
