Yodels fault. Ordered an anniversary bouquet. Yodel had it on time and confirmed delivery on correct date. It didn’t happen. EFlorist promised a refund. The bouquet did arrive but 2 days after our anniversary having been in the back of a van at sub zero temps. Currently awaiting the promised refund to appear on my account.
