I ordered flowers for my friend and work colleague who was going through a miscarriage. On her return to work she informed me that the flowers arrived dead and there was only about 4 or 5 actual flowers. I emailed and to my absolute disgust I got the below response. Sending dead flowers out to customers is a disgrace and the how insensitive on the order I literally put sympathy and they think it's OK to send flowers like this to someone who is losing rhein baby!!
