I ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary giving plenty of weeks notive. I ordered from eflorist because on their website under the q&a second on when will my order arrive it said. "Your bouquet will be delivered on the delivery day you chose" So i chose my delivery day and placed my order. Imagine my shock when my order was shipped one day before our anniversary on a 48hour service. So i contacted customer service and they replied that orders 98% of the time arrive on time which never answered my question so i replied asking why my order was shipped the day before delivery on a 48 hour service and i asked if they can not 100% guarantee delivery then why say on the website that you get your order on the delivery day. I could understand the 98% excuse if they shipped it 48 two days before the delivery date using a 48hr service but not the day before as obviously the order will arrive .late
