My order of flowers for myself and my daughter costing nearly £60
When we received the flowers they were almost dead and dried out.
What received you could have bought in supermarket for less than £13
The amount of messages sent from day one and ones received are asking same thing over and over again.Obviously they do not want to send out fresh flowers or refund the money I paid.
They are disgrace and have no idea with dealing with a complaint.Obviously they do not care. Would I use them again most certainly not.
To pay that amount of money for dead flowers and the quantity which received was a disgrace weeks have gone buy and still not sorted out.
