Missed the suprise for my wife at work as eflorist uses the worst courier service in the UK, AMAZON.
Tracking have informed me that my flowers have been on a non refrigeration van for 9 hours and counting with the delivery time changed twice, who delivers flowers for anybody in the evening.....eflorist that's who.
Joke of a company avoid at all costs.
