3rd time I have ordered from EFlorist and the flowers have arrived on time and are beautiful. My only problem was with the last order and I did it in a rush and missed where to put the message for the recipient. When I realised and emailed customer service it was too late to add. This wasn't long after placing the order. However it was my fault for missing it.
